Our Little Town has no Statues to Destroy

Our little town has no statues at all
No Confederate leaning on his gun
Or Washington drawing his sword against
The Hessians of perfidious King George

Our little town has no statues to condemn
No doughboy scrambling over the top
Or sailor posing with a cannon round
While disapproving of a German sub

Our little town has no statues to destroy
But we’ve got a red light and a pizza place
